All right, so yeah, it's been a while. But I was in Florida. I suppose I could recount every single thing we did there, but the basic idea is that we visited my sister, Jenn, and her family. Had a cookout on Monday and went to Universal on Sunday. Did that whole pool thing, shopped, had to stuff my suitcase on the way back. I am wearing new gray pants that are the most comfortable things ever. I have a feeling I will be living in them + the St. Clair sweatshirt all summer. Well. Until it gets too hot for the sweatshirt.
I saw Dayna and Spot right after I got home.. couldn't deal with not seeing them any later. Dayna and I talked for about half an hour and she fed me with a banana muffin. Good stuff. Then I had to scoot over to the barn and see the terror. He hadn't been turned out all week, but Liz exercised him some because she's wooonderful, so he was bad and cranky. But not as evil as he could have been. He was really happy when I got there and kept talking to me.
I had a baked potato with dinner. Yum.
I am going to go wander aimlessly around my house. Emily called me three times tonight. Twice by accident because she was supposed to be calling the boy but called me instead. It made me laugh. I miss her so much that I almost cried when we got off the phone. I neeeeed her. She sent me a cool card that made me giggle a lot. It's top secret, but that's okay. Ya'll would probably not get quite the kick out of it that Emmy and I did. She's the coolest ever. Sigh. I want to see her SO bad and I have to work all summer. It poops hard core. It's the mother of poopy situations. HAHAHAHA. That was for Emily and her mom. I was trying not to be too crass.
I am listening to the Dixie Chicks. It really sucks that they are anti American. Now I can't feel quite as satisfied when I hear their music.
