I can't believe I go back to school in two days. It's the new year - 2004 - and I graduated two years ago. And I graduate in two years.

I have so much to tell you but my mom is tap dancing on the stairs. It's time for us to attack the mall with vengeance.

Sometimes if you lay low, shadows fall over you.
And not across you.
I saw a pretty red prom dress today and I tried it on, despite the fact that I don't need one. I was shopping with Heather for her senior prom. I had my hair up and I felt like a princess. I called Ben and whined about not having the dress, but I still don't feel better.
Louis thinks it's amusing that I want to buy something I can't afford and don't need.
It's so pretty though.
