I am so tired. I can't even move. The thought of working a full day is killing me right now, but then I remember how much money I'm earning, how much I love my job, and that I get to sleep at the end. And it's all a little better.
This last week has been crazy. Ben and I went on a last minute ticket buying spree, and I flew out to Ohio on Friday night. Stayed at the Marriott in Cleveland. On Saturday I slept in, went shopping with Wonder Boy, played at the Harley dealership and saw the Huron Playhouse present "Oklahoma!". In between bringing Ben McDonald's for dinner and the show, I went backstage and started missing theatre again. It's been three months since I've worked on a project, and I miss it. "Another Antigone" starts as soon as school gets back, though, and Ben has agreed to do lighting for me, so that's something to look forward to.
I miss him.
On Sunday, I flew back home, since the 4th is my mom's birthday. We celebrated (my sister made an amazing cake), then Mom and I went to the barn. I rode my horse around bareback and laughed a lot. David came up and spent the night. We drove around, got ice cream (which I promptly spilled on myself), searched for fireworks and generally had a good time. Ended up buying "Identity" and "Punch Drunk Love" (PDL is getting returned/thrown away). Rachel crowded onto Chad's bed with us and we watched all the movies in the basement.
We were supposed to go to the beach, but alas. Of course, the one day I had off from work, it poured rain. We helped my mom make lunch, went to Tommy K's and got movies, slept on Erik's basement floor, ate dinner at the Have-to-smack-me's, and watched the finale of "For Love or Money" and an episode of "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?".
Okay, so maybe Crystal and I are the only ones who slept on the floor. Whatev.
I'm off to check out e-mails from the realtor -- helping Ben buy a house is fun. :) Love you all.
