Tricia + Me in our "Under $10 Outfits"
. celebrate . `@ 9:27 AM
Going to New Jersey to see Wonder Boy and my puppy. Maybe we'll go to the shore or the zoo, and I will definitely see DR Coffer and hug him and kiss him lots.
I miss the Connecticutians already, and I'm not even out my front door yet.

It's time for a new layout -- summer is ending. So much has changed, but the most important things have stayed the same.
VBS and the conference are both done. Both were a "smashing success" as my father likes to put it. I picked Smalltown Poets up at the airport with Crystal and Ralph yesterday, and we ate with them. One of the nicest bands I've met so far. Sanctus Real and Seven Places were great, too.. Dayna and I bounced around during "Everything About You" and generally embarrassed Dominic. Rae, Crystal and I sat up the dressing rooms and green rooms and ran around, using our All Access passes to legally steal chocolate and soda.
VBS was.. crazy, Japanese times. I taught the kindergarten class, and we had a great time. There were 18 of them, and at any point, one of them was attached to my leg. I've never seen a group of five year olds so excited about meeting with Jesus every day. It was incredible.
Dave left yesterday with his brother Benjaminjamin. He stayed at my house until 3:00 AM on Thursday night/Friday morning and spent the night on Friday, and I generally soaked up as much time with him as possible. I miss him very much. For some reason, this time his leaving is the hardest. But never fear -- before you know it, I will be residing in Liverpool and England won't know what do with me for two months.
Today I went shopping with my sister, attended to the feet of my lame horse, ate french fries, talked to Christe AND Lauren AND Emily, and now I am sitting around in my sweats and Flyers jersey, debating on whether or not I should put my hair up and thinking about the fact that my sister just brought home Nutella, the best PMS food in the world, at my request.
She is an awfully nice person.
With that thought, I think I shall go put some Nutella on Saltine crackers, sit on the counter and talk about the presidential elections with my mom while I wait for Dayna to call. For tonight, ladies and gentlemen, is Girl's Night, the last one of the summer, in which we will all invade Ashley's mom's empty house and worship it up.
