I'm at work, but it's Thursday, so it's slow. No paychecks, or first of the month, or ATMs/drive through lanes down because we got struck by lightning. Just a nice, easy Thursday.
This afternoon, it may be a different story.
Wanda is my drive-through counterpart today. She's this great grandma who had us all over to her house last Sunday for a cookout. Nate and I had a good time swimming and eating a ton of good food with everyone else.I heart working at Forum. Everyone is so great.. Brad and I had a meeting the other day about how to get the most out of my summer experience here. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing with the members, and do some work with the management side as well. Fun times.
I'm still living at Nate's while Suz and Jon are out of town. We're having way too much fun. Yesterday was my half day since I worked on Saturday. We made lunch and he studied calculus while I took a nap. Rendy and I cooked dinner, and after we ate, she and I went to Barnes + Noble to read and drink Starbucks.
The iced caramel macchiatto was, as always, astounding.
Nate came home from class, and we watched part of Monsters, Inc., and talked for half the night.
People I have talked to in the last four days that made me SO happy:
- Mom and Daddy (Every day. Of course.)
- Linda (Nate and I are going to St. Louis to see her in a couple weeks!)
- Sarah Johnson!
- Anna Craycraft
- Jeremiah
- Bekah
- And... KClark!!
I have the best friends and family in the world.
Rain makes us want to cuddle. Allthetime.

Rock on.
I totally love my life.
I can't even begin to tell everyone how happy I am right now.
Then again, everyone hears it in my laugh when we chat anyway.
Lovelove.
