Completely home for the summer now, and happy from a visit with D, Rae, Erik and Ben Ridley.

By the way, you know you're a crazy good shopper after you spend an entire Saturday shopping in Columbus with your boyfriend, who is also a decent shopper ;). And then the next day decide to purchase a semi-expensive Husky. Spontaneously.
It was his birthday, for the love of Pete.

Tomorrow will come too soon. So for now I'm just sitting in the MRC, printing off exam reviews, mindful of the fact that my puppy is still in the truck and needs a good walk around the lake.
I'll play in the studio, pack my truck, hit up Yellow Springs with Chad, take lots of pictures, pretend it's sunny out. And forget the fact that after tomorrow, I won't see Wonder Boy for 2 months.
But today is today and has much to give. So I'm going to go pull Toolshed out of the car, run through the wet grass, study for my New Testament exam, and in general, live it up.

I have a puppy. He's Ben's puppy, too. And actually, he's not so much a puppy. He's a two year old big dog, and I like to cuddle with him. He follows me around the house and we dance together. When I leave to go do my laundry or move things around in the basement, he whines and waits at the door for me to get back. His name is Snow, and I love love love him. He protects me. He went to Cincinnati with us last night, and today he went with me to a Mary Kay meeting. My constant companion.
Today we walked all around town and everyone told him what a good, pretty dog he is. He already knows it, though. He likes to pose for the camera, and I have taken 32948203948 pictures of him and Ben. They're my boys.
Last night Ben, Snow and I went to downtown Cinci ("Cincinasty", according to Krysten) to pick Chad up at the train station at 3:30 in the morning. We stopped at Waffle House on the way back - always a good time. Althought seven hours later, it's making me a little sick to my stomach.
Off to class. Maybe.
