I've learned a lot today.
- Cincinnati ranks #1 on the list of "Most Unhealthy U.S. Cities to Live In". Scary? Yes.
- Scarier: Springfield/Dayton ranks #4 on aforementioned list.
- A woman in France got the first face transplant this week. Ever.
- If you have other people peeling labels for you, it makes sticking them on the envelopes go much, much faster.
- Lauren can still make me laugh so hard that I have to stop eating.
- Dr. Gandolfi's kids really aren't that impressed with Thanksgiving. I guess it doesn't hold quite the same appeal for Australians.
- Sara Oddis gets really angry when people steal her food. And she's not scared of Mugabe.
- What Dr. Schmidt wants me to get out of his classes is finally clear to me.
- Working on projects for the fifteen minutes between classes really does add up.
- Coldplay does an amazing version of "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas".
The snow outside today thrilled me. I love watching the snow. I was in the CAD lab when we discovered it. I credit the discovery to Abbie McGaha. I couldn't take my eyes off of it. It made me want to sit outside in it. Snow and I played in it later, although much of it was thawed by then. When I get home, I'm going skiing on my little hill. Maybe Rae and her snowboard will come along, too.
I have the sudden desire to sit by a fire and watch the flames jump and snap. Maybe I'll get lucky enough to have a fire this weekend. When I go Yuletide Celebrating and such.
Happy Birthday, Josh Cutts! From childhood moments on a bridge to basketball games to endless piano solos with me sitting against the piano, we have shared a lifetime of memories in the last 11 years. Trips to Boston, to museums, to the shore -- I'm so glad that we're friends!

It is nearly December after all.

It was just perfect.
Every laugh, every fall from the couch, every bruised lip, every slightly-burned turkey, every amazing food, every forehead kiss.
My heart overflows. God has given me so much to be thankful for. Most of all, His Son and His grace.
Pictures - tomorrow.
Now - bed. And a VIP phone call.
