Oh my goodness, they are almost here and I am so excited that I almost want to scream. But it is 12:20, and that is not appropriate at this time of night.
Dave and Ashley are coming to see me, and after many miles and many hours and perhaps many thunderstorms, they are very, very close.
To keep myself occupied today, I have been working at the DAE table, visiting with new students and their alumni parents at the Second Generation Dinner, sneaking into the Early Arrival party with Emily and Heather, and watching "My Big Fat Greek Wedding".
I am completely moved in. It feels good. I want it to get cleaner, mostly for Krysten's sake, but it is fairly tidy. I sprayed fake Febreeze around and tried to smell like Krysten. Except I didn't wear her perfume, I put on something else. Oops.
Leave it all to me.

Back from the crazy tour, and already at work in the Delta Alpha Epsilon office. 2nd Generation Dinner and working the Getting Started festivities loom large.
Emily is going to come swoop me up and we shall get ready for dinner.
Krysten is eating at the Macaroni Grill tonight with the rest of the Willetts RAs. Lucky girl.
I don't know where to even start when describing the tour. I have made some of the closest friedns I could ever ask for. We were all "focused, but aware". This is a group of people I feel safe with, and they are such a gift from God.
Waterskiing. Climbing wall. Youth groups that don't talk. Autistic children. Polar bears + seahorses. Giant swings. Pony rides. Animal sippies. Sleeping bags. Slippery hills. Long talks. Blue teeth. Baseball games. It all blended into one enormous tour that blessed my soul.
It is, however, also good to be back.
